Etienne SAINT-AMANT is an imagery scientist
passionate by art and science. In order to perfect his art,
he chose to study mathematics, computer science and imagery
at the Université de Sherbrooke. Nine years ago, Etienne
began to work with Ultra Fractal. He has now more than ten
solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions to his name.
In 2002, Etienne launched the website Chaoscopia.com: a virtual
gallery where his latest works and his artistic approach (in
which chaotic mechanisms occupy a preponderant place) are
presented. In 2003, Etienne won the first prize at the centre

Etienne also gave several lectures on mathematics
arts and appeared on several radio and television shows. From
2003 to 2004, Etienne was on the board of directors of Creatio,
a Canadian artists association. This year, Etienne was member
of the jury panel presided by Benoit Mandelbrot for the exhibition
"ARTE FRACTAL : Belleza y matemáticas" held
in Barcelona . It is possible to see his works in several
