Since a couple of years, David's work is mainly
based on canva. David likes acrylic paint because of the quickness
of drying which offers him a spontaneous work.
The oil technique with a drying time much longer offers him
the possibility to repainted as many times as he wants.
His research is based essentially on the human being, his
movement in space and the impact of his gestrual in the general
atmosphere.
When he paints, it's like a mime artist working on his show
in silence and with emotions.

the discovery, the variety and he follows his own curiosity!
The human being is very used on David's work. Those who have
been following him since the beginning of his career remember
with nostalgia his musicians, his maternity, his faces with
particular markings often with some interrogation, his nakedness,
his ladies...

The GRECI MARINO International Academy has named David as
"Académicien Correspondant" in 2001, then
"Académicien Associé" in 2002 and
recently "Chevalier Officiel Académique"
in 2004.
Most of David's exhibitions have taken place in France but
also in Belgium.
The paintings can be found now in private collections all
around Europe...
