Aged 21, Daniel O'Toole explores a range of mediums to achieve works that are rarely controlled or ogranised, instead they are spontaneously painted to create works that are are energetic and vibrant with an organic quality.
The theme is often portraiture but also ventures into the abstract. Drawings cartoons form an early age and having a fascination with lettering styles paved the way for an interest in graffiti art (or aerosol art).

Having been immersed in the culture of hip-hop and street art for over 5 years now, Daniel continues to incorporate the medium of spray paint to produce various abstract works on canvas. Often working in mixed media Daniel uses Charcoal, Pastels, pencil, acrylic and spray paint to achieve works that are spontaneous and fresh.
